📋 Description

• Own content at Soda end to end • Build a scalable content production system using an engine and workflows • Produce the website, technical blogs, webinars, and product videos • Extract expertise from founders, customer engineers, and customers and publish it at scale • Develop content pipelines that write in distinct voices and avoid low-quality output • Diagnose and improve pipeline failures • Write code daily without building Soda's product • Build a personal profile and following • Report to a co-founder as part of the Growth team • Create content for technical audiences including Staff Data Engineers and CDOs

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to write for a technical audience and distinguish good writing from bad • Serious prompt engineering: multi-step LLM pipelines with structured outputs and evals • 3+ years building things that go to market in technical content, growth engineering, marketing engineering, GTM engineering, DevRel, marketing ops, RevOps, or a founder background • Enough code to be autonomous: Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and a database • Familiarity with Claude Code, MCP servers, and agent skills • Data fluency covering pipelines, data quality, and warehouses • Generalist instinct and ability to identify and fix constraints • Independence in a distributed, async team across 12+ countries • Fluent English • Preferred: technical audience of your own; content, growth, or DevRel experience in data, developer tools, or infrastructure; agentic workflows shipped to real users; ability to shoot and edit video; data quality, data management, or data observability industry experience
