📋 Description

• Sole responsibility for processing the OPOS (open items) list and resolving outstanding invoices • Provide support in accounts payable • Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings • Handle data entry and administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration (BWL), Mathematics or another data-analytics-related field • Understanding of basic accounting principles (e.g., through an introductory accounting course) • Good knowledge of MS Office, with particularly strong Excel skills • Excellent German language skills (native level or equivalent) • Quick grasp of new concepts and confident use of computer applications • Reliable and available for a long-term engagement • High level of trustworthiness and ability to work independently • Enjoys working in a team
