📋 Description

• Gerenciar carteira de clientes Mid Touch, sendo responsável por saúde, adoção, renovação e expansão; • Realizar reuniões estratégicas focadas em extrair valor do produto e identificar oportunidades de crescimento; • Monitorar indicadores de saúde do cliente (health score, uso, NPS) e agir proativamente em riscos de churn; • Conduzir análises de dados para identificar padrões de sucesso e propor melhorias na jornada do cliente; • Colaborar com times de Produto, Onboarding e Comercial para garantir experiência integrada; • Sugerir e desenvolver com apoio da liderança melhorias nos playbooks, processos e boas práticas que escalem junto ao time; • Participar de projetos estratégicos de melhoria contínua e inovação na área.

🎯 Requirements

• Formação em Direito ou atuação em empresas do segmento; • Experiência comprovada em softwares SaaS; • Experiência com métricas SaaS (churn, NRR, CSAT, adoção); • Experiência comprovada de 04 anos em área de Sucesso do Cliente Ongoing (CS). • Experiência com projetos de redução de churn ou expansão de receita; • Conhecimento avançado em metodologias de Customer Success.
