📋 Description

• SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an Accountant. • You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient control over payments and workflows in a fast-paced international environment. • Your attention to detail and analytical mindset will help identify discrepancies, improve processes, and support critical business decisions through timely reporting and insightful analysis. • You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to automate routine tasks, support budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to the financial stability and growth of the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in finance/ accounting, or a related field • 3+ years of relevant work experience preferably within international companies • Strong analytical skills • English and Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral) • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software • Experience with 1C and Xero or similar software • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organisational skills • Ability to meet tight deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
