📋 Description

• SOFTSWISS is hiring an Account Manager (LATAM) to join our dynamic Game Aggregator team. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with casino operator clients across the Latin American market, ensuring their success with the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator. Act as the primary point of contact for casino operator clients, building strong and lasting relationships Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts and drive revenue growth Resolve client issues efficiently by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely solutions Monitor and analyze client account performance, providing actionable insights for optimization Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to deliver strategic recommendations to clients Collaborate with technical teams to support clients with ongoing requirements or challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in account management and/or customer success management Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve client performance Experience resolving client issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction Written and spoken English at C1+ level Written and spoken Portuguese at C1+ level Nice to have: Written and spoken Spanish Experience in the iGaming industry Familiarity with LATAM market trends and client expectations
