📋 Description

• Design a wide array of digital assets, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and website visuals • Develop engaging multimedia content, such as short promotional videos, animations, and interactive elements • Craft clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile • Work closely with our marketing, development, and product teams to deliver cohesive and high quality design solutions that meet both internal and client objectives • Act as a guardian for our brand identity, ensuring all creative output is consistent and of the highest standard • Handle multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines • Collaborate closely with our talented UX and UI Designers, exchanging ideas, learning from one another, and supporting ongoing projects. Together, you’ll contribute to creating engaging, user-centred digital experiences that truly make an impact

🎯 Requirements

• An experienced Designer backed by a strong and diverse portfolio • A master of design tools: you are highly proficient with industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) • A creative thinker with a keen eye: you possess excellent creative flair, a meticulous eye for detail, and a strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles • A multi-skilled professional: your portfolio demonstrates your ability to work across different media, showcasing skills in graphic design, UI design, and ideally, motion graphics or video editing • A collaborative spirit: you are an excellent communicator who enjoys working as part of a team and is comfortable presenting ideas and incorporating feedback • Proven professional experience with a compelling and diverse portfolio that showcases your skills across different media. Applications without a portfolio won’t be considered. • You are highly proficient with the core Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and have practical experience with modern UI design tools like Figma • You possess a deep understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy, and you know how to apply these principles to create practical and aesthetically pleasing designs • You have practical experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and/or mobile applications, with an understanding of responsive design principles • Your portfolio includes examples of multimedia content, such as motion graphics (using tools like After Effects), basic video editing, or animated GIFs • You are accustomed to working within a team, collaborating with marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring projects to life. You can articulate your design decisions and effectively process feedback • Familiarity with AI graphic tools • English B2/C1
