📋 Description
• Contribute to refinement sessions to ensure shared understanding of user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver high-quality solutions. • Lead and evolve the team’s test strategy, processes, and best practices aligned with departmental goals. • Apply a shift-left/shift-right mindset to embed quality throughout the SDLC. • Balance exploratory, automated, and performance testing to ensure optimal coverage and reliability. • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, driving robust automation and clear reporting. • Continuously improve alerting, monitoring, and quality visibility. • Promote TDD, pair programming, and a culture of continuous improvement and learning. • Mentor teammates and share innovative quality practices across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 6 years working as a fulltime Test Automation Engineer for a customer facing high volume • UI automation experience using Playwright • Performance testing experience using k6 • API testing experience using Postman and RestAssured • Strong exploratory testing skills • Familiarity with Azure DevOps / cloud tools • Fluent communication in English
