📋 Description

• Own post-sales technical success for customers’ agentic AI initiatives from discovery and solution design through production rollout, operations, and advisory services • Lead use-case discovery and prioritization workshops • Design and build multi-agent solutions with Solace Agent Mesh • Write, review, and troubleshoot production-quality Go or Python code for agents, tools, plugins, and integrations • Deploy solutions on Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms • Connect agents to customer systems and data using MCP, A2A, REST APIs, and Solace event mesh • Implement RAG, vector stores, knowledge bases, and real-time event context strategies • Apply the Agent Development Lifecycle through requirements, evaluation, testing, versioning, release management, monitoring, and runbooks • Establish observability, guardrails, governance, tracing, evaluation, cost and latency monitoring, access control, auditability, and responsible AI practices • Advise customers on LLM selection and optimization across Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock, and Azure AI Foundry • Identify new agentic use cases and guide enterprise-wide event-driven AI adoption • Deliver technical reviews, health checks, and roadmap discussions • Enable customer engineering teams through pairing, workshops, and documentation • Create reusable patterns, reference implementations, accelerators, and best practices • Represent customer feedback to Product and Engineering and collaborate with the Solace Agent Mesh engineering team • Mentor Professional Services team members • Communicate AI trade-offs, risks, and value to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Travel as required, including occasional international travel • Help customers move agentic AI solutions from pilots to production and achieve measurable business value

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, system integration, forward-deployed engineering, or enterprise application development • 2+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying LLM-based and agentic AI solutions, with at least one solution taken into production • Experience applying ADLC and SDLC practices, including version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and release management • Strong proficiency in Go or Python; Go strongly preferred • Practical experience with multi-agent systems and frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar • Experience with MCP and A2A protocols and designing APIs as agent tools • Understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and context management • Experience implementing AI evaluation, observability, and guardrails for enterprise LLM applications • Understanding of event-driven architectures, asynchronous messaging, and integration design patterns • Experience deploying distributed systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, RBAC, secrets management, and data privacy • Ability to work independently, lead customer engagements, and make sound technical decisions with minimal guidance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workshops and presentations to senior stakeholders • Professional fluency in English and in Spanish or Italian, written and verbal • Preferred: Experience with Solace Agent Mesh or Solace Platform • Preferred: Proficiency in both Go and Python • Preferred: Experience with messaging technologies such as Solace, Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, or TIBCO • Preferred: Knowledge of Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini/Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure AI Foundry • Preferred: LLMOps/MLOps experience • Preferred: AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, and regulated-industry requirements • Preferred: Experience with AI-assisted and agentic coding tools • Preferred: Familiarity with MQTT, AMQP, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns • Preferred: Relevant AWS, Azure, or Google machine learning certifications • Preferred: Workshop collateral, reference architecture, or technical content experience
