📋 Description

• You are responsible for the entire supply chain process, from placing orders with suppliers to delivering products to our customers. • You manage procurement from China, coordinate supplier contacts, and ensure our products are shipped to Germany reliably and cost-effectively. • You plan demand and forecasts based on sales figures and inventory levels, optimizing order quantities and lead times. • You work closely with our founder and the logistics, finance, and e-commerce teams to structure and scale processes. • You will build a dedicated supply chain team over time and establish clear procedures and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in supply chain management or procurement, ideally in an e-commerce environment. • You know the operations in this area like the back of your hand and understand how to build and manage an e-commerce supply chain. • Solid knowledge of importing from China, including shipping, customs clearance, and supplier management. • Excellent Excel skills and experience in forecasting and reporting. • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and initiative to independently set up processes and lead negotiations. • Strong understanding of sourcing combined with product development and inventory/warehousing processes.
