📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across countries and at regional (EMEA) level • Support business growth through new initiatives, value creation and continuous improvement programmes • Track and drive value-based projects, ensuring delivery against objectives and timelines • Maintain structured project documentation and reporting standards • Collaborate closely with CAMs, acting as a key support partner to enhance strategic focus • Engage with senior stakeholders and multiple functions across the organisation • Contribute ideas for process optimisation and organisational improvement • Act as a strong team player within the broader commercial group • Work on high-impact projects involving key customers and strategic accounts • Exposure to senior leadership and European-level stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Early-career professional with strong development potential • Solid project management skills and structured way of working • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities • Proactive, solution-oriented and adaptable mindset • Team player with drive and curiosity • Willingness to travel up to 50% (not on a weekly basis) • Ability to work across different countries and cultures • Experience or exposure to Continuous Improvement Programmes (CIP) is an advantage
