• Provide technical advice and on-site support to paper mills • Optimise chemical solutions and troubleshoot production issues • Implement data-driven improvements • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and product delivery • Support business growth through trusted technical expertise
• Degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or related field • Interest in industrial processes and applied chemistry • Strong communication skills • Confidence working with customers • Organised and self-motivated • Able to manage own workload • Full UK driving license required (company vehicle provided)
