• Growing existing accounts through cross‑selling, up‑selling and reducing churn • Building strong relationships with decision makers across Operations, H&S, Procurement, Sustainability and more • Delivering revenue, margin and retention targets • Supporting customers through site visits and service excellence • Working closely with National and Internal Account Teams to ensure consistent delivery • Managing pipeline, forecasting and account data in Salesforce • Using remote service tools and carrying out minor on‑site adjustments when required
• Territory account management experience • Proven success in cross‑selling, up‑selling and generating new business • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills • Commercial acumen and analytical ability • Highly organised with strong planning and attention to detail • IT literacy (Excel, PowerPoint) • Full driving licence • Experience in the cleaning and hygiene industry is an advantage
