📋 Description

• Partner in brand planning and strategic development across HCP, Patient, and Medical Marketing initiatives • Transform field insights and real-world feedback into data-driven program enhancements • Manage Advisory Board execution end-to-end, including recruitment, facilitation, and reporting • Manage peer-to-peer and patient ambassador programs, including speaker selection, coaching, events, and reporting • Conduct field-based market research to inform or validate brand strategy • Manage marketing campaigns and programs from concept through execution, including agency relationships and promotional review • Act as Marketing liaison to aligned sales teams and provide education on brand programs • Develop regional business engagement plans and manage HCP/KOL relationships • Identify and engage emerging KOLs and secure participation in congress events and other programs • Report and synthesize KOL, patient, and caregiver insights into recommendations and trend/sentiment analyses • Manage Patient Ambassador and Influencer programs, including operations, agency management, contracting, content, and events • Manage Speaker Bureau and Patient Ambassador/Influencer programs • Lead Medical Marketing initiatives through ideation, development, approval, execution, optimization, and evolution • Develop content for peer-to-peer programs, product theaters, patient/caregiver programs, speaker and field training, and promotional materials • Partner with Sales, Medical, and Market Access field teams to ensure consistent brand strategy implementation • Help evolve Field Playbook guidelines and optimize processes and procedures • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to applicable guidelines and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communicator and skilled diplomat, including the ability to combine scientific knowledge and communication skills (strong clinical acumen) • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and compliance-related issues • Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships with medical, legal, regulatory, advocacy, compliance, marketing, and corporate communications colleagues • Demonstrated strategic thinking, initiative, problem solving, and creativity applied to product positioning and messaging • Ability to maintain strategic alignment in an ever-changing environment • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Marketing, Business, Health Policy, Science, or a related field + 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech marketing and sales experience preferred OR Master's degree in a relevant field + 8+ years of similar experience preferred • Willingness to travel 50% or more
