• On-boarding and managing buyers • Buyer’s payment reconciliations • Market segmentation study of new buyers and distribution • Manage Customer transactions • Document receipt, ownership and marketing of vehicles • Follow up of vehicles payments • Management of the vehicle’s file sold • Delivery of management metrics • Execute an auction • Payment Tracking • Sales management indicators • Propose changes to the vehicle publishing process • Delivery tracking of documents of sold vehicles • Identify operational activities that must be improved in their execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor´s degree required • Automotive Industry Knowledge • Leadership skills • Written and Verbal Communication Skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Ability to work under pressure, with limited supervision • Excellent organization and time management skills • High degree of attention to detail and discretion • Multitask skilled and able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast and accurate way • Easy adaptability under a dynamic environment
