📋 Description

• Build reliable systems that integrate large language models into our products • Leverage AI tools like Copilot and automation platforms to enhance product capabilities and engineering efficiency • Define standards for AI-assisted development across the team • Lead architectural analysis and reverse-engineering of legacy .NET applications to guide modernization • Develop and maintain web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core/Framework) • Collaborate with cross functional teams and other stakeholders • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 10+ years of experience in software development, with hands-on technical lead experience • Active engagement with AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) • Hands-on experience building AI agents with Large Language Models (LLMs), including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET 8+, Web API, Entity Framework Core • Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Redux, Next.js (a plus) • Experience with SQL Server, MS-SQL Server or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) • Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps
