📋 Description

• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with dealership accounts to enhance their profitability through tailored consulting engagements and personalized support. • Drive adoption of Solera SaaS products within client businesses, ensuring they achieve a high return on investment. • Proactively generate new consulting engagement opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with our service offerings. • Be prepared to travel up to 80% of the time to engage directly with dealerships, providing on-site support and consultation. • Work alongside Solera team members, embodying our “One Team” culture and sharing knowledge to enhance overall team performance. • Lead by example, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions. • Deliver timely execution of departmental and company initiatives, contributing to overall success. • Manage and resolve moderate to complex tasks related to the success of and requests from your assigned dealerships. • Analyze various data sets to provide actionable recommendations to your dealership clients and internal teams. • Meet specific individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) while embracing additional responsibilities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • Strong automotive dealership experience is highly preferred. • A minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with SaaS accounts, particularly within the automotive dealership sector is preferred. • At least 1 year of experience with SaaS products, ideally utilized by automotive dealerships. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with industry-specific software is a plus. • Proven ability to conduct training sessions and present effectively to both small and large groups. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively over the phone, through virtual meetings, and in person. • A strong sense of personal accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
