📋 Description

• Develop and maintain integrated Scientific Communication Platforms (SCPs) across all programs • Translate scientific and clinical data into compelling, evidence-based scientific narratives • Ensure consistency of messaging across publications, congresses, medical education, and stakeholder engagements • Partner with cross-functional teams to align scientific and business priorities • Lead global publication planning processes across the portfolio • Develop annual and multi-year publication strategies aligned with development milestones • Oversee manuscript, abstract, poster, and oral presentation development • Manage publication agencies, medical writers, and external vendors • Ensure adherence to ICMJE, GPP, and publication ethics standards • Lead scientific congress planning and content strategy • Coordinate development of congress materials and scientific presentations • Support advisory boards, investigator meetings, and scientific exchange activities • Develop scientific narratives that communicate the differentiated value of Solid’s platforms and programs • Support preparation of scientific materials for internal and external stakeholders • Partner with Medical Affairs leadership to articulate evidence-generation strategies and scientific leadership goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) • 8–12+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, Publications, or Clinical Development • Demonstrated expertise in publication planning, scientific narrative development, and SCP creation • Strong understanding of rare disease and gene therapy environments preferred • Excellent written, verbal, and strategic communication skills.
