📋 Description

• Actively maintain and expand existing customer relationships. • Visit customers regularly to identify and convert commercial opportunities. • Follow up on quotations, orders, and forecasting data. • Initiate and monitor product trials and tests together with Technical Support. • Identify commercial opportunities and new prospects in the market. • Respond proactively to customer questions and complaints and ensure fast, suitable solutions. • Develop an annual businessplan and growth strategy for the region/customer portfolio. • Track market developments, trends, and competitor activities (including quarterly reporting). • Gather information about the performance of Solina products at customers versus competitors. • Collaborate closely with Technical Support, R&D, Order Administration, and the Sales Manager. • Share relevant customer and market insights with internal teams to support product development and strategic priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a commercial role within the food sector is preferred. • Understanding of technical product properties in food is an advantage (or willingness to learn). • Good command of administrative systems and reporting processes. • Very good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
