📋 Description

• End-to-end delivery management of projects Solirius is engaged with, including monitoring spend, reporting progress and tracking team velocity • Support and advise day-to-day activities of the delivery team and facilitate key team events/ceremonies • Track risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and clear hurdles to ensure delivery • Ensure successful collaboration within the team and wider project/programme and engage stakeholders • Act as assignment manager for Solirius teams on client sites • Account management: build and maintain client relationships, act as key point of contact and client subject matter expert • Financial management of client accounts, resourcing, reporting on financial success and identifying new opportunities • Contribute to bids for new work and help develop the delivery management practice • Work with developers, UX designers, senior managers and stakeholders to produce digital products and support adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Internal Background Check (DBS) / Eligible for Security Clearance • Background in Agile Delivery across the whole lifecycle of technical projects/service development • Strong experience in Agile scrum methodologies and delivering software in Agile teams • Previous experience and/or qualifications as a Scrum Master would be beneficial • Experience of Delivery Management in the public sector, in accordance with GDS standards • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken • Experience of scaled agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe, LeSS) • Experience in building relationships and ensuring delivery of value to clients • Agile coaching experience would be helpful • Experience of supporting and developing people • Self awareness and high Emotional Intelligence • Experience in maintaining and reporting on budgets • Willingness to travel and work at client locations (primarily London)
