📋 Description
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project status. • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. • Collaborate with installation departments to move projects efficiently through each stage. • Communicate effectively with external partners, including subcontractors, utility companies, and city inspectors. • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact timelines or quality. • Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting in company CRM and project management software. • Conduct project closeout processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are finalized. • Continuously seek process improvements to enhance project workflows and customer satisfaction.
