📋 Description

• You plan, coordinate, and run virtual trade shows and conferences from the initial concept through to successful delivery. • You are responsible for all event logistics, including selecting online platforms and tools to ensure a seamless event experience. • You work closely with speakers, exhibitors, and partners to develop content and formats that engage the audience. • You oversee technical requirements and ensure events run smoothly and without disruptions. • You analyze event data to gain valuable insights and make future events even more successful. • You maintain ongoing communication with internal teams and play a key role in shaping the long-term event strategy of M365 Summit GmbH.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience planning and executing online events, preferably in an IT or software environment. • Technical understanding of event platforms, video conferencing tools, and other digital solutions. • Passion for Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and related technologies, with an understanding of the community's needs. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining oversight. • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with partners, exhibitors and attendees alike. • Creativity and an eye for detail to create distinctive event experiences. • Very good German and English skills to communicate with international participants and partners.
