• Update and maintain CRM system and pipeline with details of all interactions with leads, including contact information, communication history, and appointment status. • Ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date to help with tracking and reporting. • Facilitate and manage all necessary paperwork and documentation once a lead agrees to move forward with the sales process, ensuring that all forms and contracts are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner. • Qualify leads based on company criteria to ensure they are a good fit for the company’s products or services. • Ensure that Discovery Forms are filled out in service of qualifying leads. • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales team or business representatives. • Coordinate and manage the calendars of the sales team to ensure appointments are set at convenient times. • Conduct follow-up calls or emails or texts with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment. • Send reminders to prospects and the sales team about upcoming meetings. • Provide regular reports to the sales team or management about the number of appointments set, the outcome of these appointments, and any feedback from prospects. • Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients and guide them through the initial stages of the sales process. • Address any questions or concerns that prospects may have before scheduling an appointment. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the handoff of leads is smooth and that the sales representatives have all the necessary information for their meetings. • Continuously refine scripts and outreach strategies based on the effectiveness of past campaigns. • Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and market trends to engage prospects effectively. • Make outbound calls or texts or emails to prospective clients to introduce the company’s offerings. • Use scripts or personalized approaches to engage potential clients and explain the value proposition. • Efficiently manage time to balance outbound calls, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
