📋 Description
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, including joint activities with prioritized customers when required • Support key customer penetration through technical and clinical expertise and education • Deliver education to dental professionals on the safe and effective use of Solventum products through lectures, webinars, and hands-on activities • Organize and support educational activities with key opinion leaders • Support educational activities driven by third-party organizations • Represent Solventum at congresses, summits, dental academies, universities, and associations • Provide ongoing development of the sales team’s product knowledge, including new product introductions • Support product training for new hires following the Training & Education curriculum
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in dentistry/dental related studies • Strong product knowledge across the dental solutions product portfolio • Public speaking and presentation skills • Product demonstration skills, including hands-on demonstrations • Strong customer focus; selling skills are a plus • Highly motivated team player and confident communicator • Current, valid driver’s license • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Ability to drive a company vehicle, subject to pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history review
