📋 Description

• Lead and support global commercialization, lifecycle management, and marketing execution for NPWT products • Translate global strategy into actionable marketing plans • Drive launch excellence • Partner closely with regional marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and profitable growth globally • Maximize global performance for the portfolio of products by driving awareness, adoption, and differentiation in the market • Develop and implement global marketing plans in alignment with portfolio and business strategy • Manage product lifecycle from launch to rationalization • Ensure consistent global brand and product positioning, messaging, and value propositions • Partner with Upstream Marketing to lead global commercialization planning activities for new products • Analyze market trends, share performance, and pricing dynamics to inform strategy and financial forecasting • Lead business performance reviews, presenting results, insights, and forward plans • Establish dashboards and KPIs that track both commercial and financial performance at the product level • Support annual business planning, forecasting, and budget development • Collaborate with clinical, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure evidence generation supports commercial claims and pricing strategies • Work with supply chain and operations to manage cost of goods, product supply, and lifecycle profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or business discipline • Seven (7) years of progressive experience in marketing or commercial leadership roles • Proven P&L management experience (full or significant business unit / portfolio accountability) • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Economics, or related field) (preferred) • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries (preferred) • Knowledge of the advanced wound care market, including negative pressure wound therapies (preferred) • Ability to thrive in an action-oriented and high accountability environment • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical ability and financial acumen • Demonstrated success driving profitable growth and executing complex go-to-market strategies globally • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and storytelling ability; with experience presenting to senior leadership.
