📋 Description

• Driving development of the solution and acting as the bridge between the development team and business stakeholders, leveraging Scrum methodology. • Applying deep ERP cross-functional integration expertise across Customer Service, Sourcing, and Logistics to incorporate Substance Volume Tracking (SVT) and Product Compliance Discrete Items (PCDI) activities. • Owning the product backlog and defining the vision for the future state solution. • Ensuring alignment of deliverables with business goals and guiding the team toward successful outcomes. • Owning the health of the solution by making key decisions, establishing processes, and communicating user stories to the development team. • Adapting to changing priorities and maintaining flexibility in a dynamic environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND three (3) years of combined product stewardship, Product Owner, Engineering, or Project Management experience in a private, public, government or military environment. • High School Diploma/GED AND seven (7) years of combined product stewardship, Product Owner, Engineering or Project Management experience in a private, public, government or military environment. • SAP experience. • Master’s degree in IT, public health, toxicology, regulatory science, medical field, or related discipline from an accredited institution (preferred). • Five (5) years of experience in ERP, IT, or product stewardship within private, public, government, or military environments (preferred). • Manufacturing Bill of Material (BOM) experience (preferred). • Strong project management skills; PMP or Scrum certification preferred. • Experience in regulatory affairs, scientific affairs, or business operations involving global regulations (preferred). • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional, global teams. • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. • Knowledge of medical device industry standards and practices.
