📋 Description

• Manage and grow business across the territory by promoting Solventum’s IPSS portfolio • Meet or exceed territory sales targets through effective account management • Build and maintain relationships with theatre staff, infection prevention teams, vascular access teams, and procurement leads • Deliver product training, demonstrations, and educational sessions • Support clinical evaluations and product trials • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities • Manage CRM updates, reporting, and sales forecasting • Collaborate with Clinical Specialists and colleagues across Solventum • Represent Solventum professionally at hospital meetings and events • Work in a field-based role across North Central & West London

🎯 Requirements

• Degree (preferred) in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Business, or equivalent experience • 1–3 years’ experience in a medical sales or healthcare commercial role • Understanding of NHS structure and decision-making processes • Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills • Highly motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail • Full UK driving licence • Willingness to travel • Genuine interest in healthcare and patient outcomes • Curiosity to learn and build clinical knowledge • Confidence engaging clinical stakeholders • Team spirit, ambition, and accountability • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
