📋 Description

• Develop and maintain partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams • Drive adoption of Restrata®, a synthetic, resorbable biomaterial for soft tissue healing and reinforcement, and related product lines • Provide case coverage, compliant product demonstrations and education, clinical support, procedural guidance, and hands-on intraoperative support during surgical procedures • Manage and grow assigned-product sales within a defined geographic territory • Meet or exceed revenue and growth objectives • Develop and execute territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management • Build and sustain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments and sites of care • Travel up to 90% within the sales territory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales OR High School Diploma/GED AND 9+ years’ experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales • Current, valid Driver’s License • Must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review • Must maintain ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy and insurance requirements • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • May be required to possess facility-required licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications • Up to 3+ years of medical device sales experience calling on physicians and/or surgeons in hospital systems with direct experience supporting surgical cases in the operating room (nice to have) • Ability to manage time and priorities independently in a fast-paced, changing environment (nice to have) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure (nice to have) • Analytical and organizational capabilities (nice to have) • Experience building relationships with physicians and surgical staff in a sales or clinical setting (nice to have) • Negotiation, selling, and presentation skills; working proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Concur (nice to have)
