📋 Description

• Ser el punto de escalamiento para consultas o problemas complejos, asegurando una resolución rápida y profesional • Mantener comunicación directa con clientes, ofreciendo una experiencia positiva y clara • Realizar revisiones de control de calidad en los entregables para garantizar exactitud y consistencia • Utilizar habilidades avanzadas en Excel para gestionar, analizar y reportar datos y métricas de servicio • Analizar y resolver problemas para asegurar la satisfacción y retención del cliente • Colaborar con otros departamentos para implementar mejoras basadas en retroalimentación • Monitorear el cumplimiento de SLAs y priorizar respuestas en las colas de soporte • Apoyar operaciones de entrega de contenido y mantener documentación de soporte.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachillerato • Nivel de inglés conversacional avanzado • Mínimo 2 años en atención al cliente o soporte, idealmente en entornos SaaS o Managed Services • Dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, búsquedas, validación de datos, reportes) • Experiencia con CRM o sistemas de tickets (deseable) • Capacidad para interactuar con clientes en distintos niveles organizativos • Organización, proactividad y orientación a la mejora continua.
