• Bachillerato obligatorio; técnico o profesional preferido • Mínimo 1 año en gestión de casos de lesiones personales o roles legales relacionados • Conocimientos básicos de derecho de lesiones personales y terminología médica • Fuertes habilidades organizacionales y de gestión del tiempo • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita • Capacidad para multitarea en entornos dinámicos • Manejo de software de gestión de casos y Microsoft Office
