📋 Description
• Liderar proyectos de recubrimiento arquitectónico de principio a fin • Coordinarás equipos multidisciplinarios • Gestionarás presupuestos, cronogramas y asegurarás la calidad en cada etapa del proyecto • Serás el punto de contacto clave con clientes, arquitectos, ingenieros y contratistas • Evaluar especificaciones y planos del proyecto • Realizar estimaciones de costos y preparar propuestas competitivas • Liderar la planificación, ejecución y entrega de proyectos • Supervisar la elaboración de shop drawings • Gestionar presupuestos, riesgos y documentación • Asegurar la calidad y cumplimiento de normativas • Fomentar un ambiente colaborativo y orientado a resultados
🎯 Requirements
• Título universitario en Ingeniería Estructural, Arquitectura, Gestión de Construcción o afín • 5+ años en gestión de proyectos de fachadas o recubrimientos arquitectónicos • Inglés Avanzado (B2/C1) • Conocimiento profundo de sistemas de recubrimiento y técnicas de instalación • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo • Dominio de software de gestión de proyectos y Microsoft Office • Familiaridad con códigos de construcción y estándares de seguridad
