📋 Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Coordinate internal teams and external partners, maintaining clear communication across all parties. • Identify risks and dependencies, proposing effective mitigation strategies. • Monitor progress, report on key metrics, and manage resources and budgets efficiently. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) when applicable. • Ensure project documentation, processes, and standards are maintained.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the tech or digital industry. • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp). • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Advanced English level (both written and spoken).
