📋 Description

• Prepare training materials. • Develop integrated test scenarios. • Oversee user acceptance and validation of requests. • Execute unit and integrated tests. • Create queries and extract SAP/BW reports. • Develop scripts. • Identify, report and document errors, failures and issues in SAP transactions. • Track open incidents for SAP system bug fixes. • Monitor duplicate project errors for CORP x JV partnerships and reconcile WBS structures. • Analyze project access authorizations. • Analyze WBS-related errors. • Perform process mapping. • Update process standards. • Maintain the Integrated Repository (Workplace or any other tool used by the company). • Prepare communications and guides for new solutions. • Execute corporate internal controls for executive management. • Guide various areas within the E&P segment on implementing internal controls. • Create checklists for implementation or system transition meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of the PS module and its integrations, as well as the GRC-AC and GRC-PC modules, according to PETROBRAS requirements. • Ability to interpret standards. • Education: University degree completed (technologist, licentiate, bachelor's degree). • SAP ERP certification in at least one of the following modules: FI, CO, MM, PS, or PP.
