• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for automotive retail sales associates and managers. • Deliver curriculum focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, compliance, and customer experience best practices. • Adapt training delivery to diverse audiences and learning styles. • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and brand standards. • Provide feedback and coaching to participants to reinforce learning outcomes. • Maintain accurate training records and report on participant progress and program effectiveness. • Stay current on automotive industry trends, product updates, and retail sales strategies.
• 3+ years in automotive retail sales, desking, and/or training facilitation. • Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions in both classroom and virtual environments. • Strong presentation and communication skills. • Ability to manage group dynamics and foster interactive learning. • Proficiency with virtual training platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. • Preferred: Automotive OEM or dealership experience; certification in adult learning or training methodologies.
