📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of complex, large-scale Finance transformation programs and translate CFO vision into actionable roadmaps • Drive initiative prioritization, sequencing, centralized intake, and governance processes • Identify and mitigate execution risks through structured risk management • Manage and execute the future-state Finance Target Operating Model and Service Delivery Model • Conduct current-state assessments, work activity analysis, Finance maturity assessments, and other diagnostics • Support target operating model and service delivery model design using standardized global end-to-end process taxonomies • Own day-to-day initiative execution, including project plans, RAID logs, resource and capacity plans, and performance KPIs • Coordinate Finance, IT, HR, external system integrators, consultants, and other cross-functional partners • Manage project team activities and workflows, including meetings and action-item follow-ups • Maintain project documentation and prepare sponsor updates and project meeting materials • Prepare executive dashboards and steering committee materials covering progress, dependencies, budget utilization, and benefits realization • Lead organizational change management plans, stakeholder impact analyses, readiness assessments, training needs analyses, communications, and user-adoption activities • Organize stakeholder workshops, demonstrations, and feedback sessions • Develop reinforcement plans, refresher training, office hours, and user guides • Provide people management, coaching, development, and leadership for high-performing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading Finance transformation programs, PMO initiatives, or enterprise transformation portfolios • Experience delivering large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives • Experience designing and implementing Finance Target Operating Models and Service Delivery Models • Experience with current-state assessments, work activity analysis, process redesign, and organizational transformation • Expertise in end-to-end Finance process transformation and governance, including Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash • Experience with ERP implementations, automation, AI/ML, analytics, workflow platforms, and digital Finance capabilities • Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and measurable business outcomes • Experience leading organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, user adoption, and sustainable business change • People management experience in matrixed, global organizations • Experience managing external consulting firms, system integrators, or business process outsourcing providers • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across business units, functions, and global regions • Knowledge of Finance operations, accounting principles, internal controls, Finance transformation methodologies, data, and AI capabilities • Understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, Target Operating Models, Service Delivery Models, process governance, and continuous improvement methodologies • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, enterprise applications, and IT governance models • Exceptional program management, execution, stakeholder management, executive communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, AI-enabled productivity tools, analytics platforms, and modern collaboration technologies • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required • Background check required at the offer stage for all new employees
