📋 Description

• Sophos is a global leader and innovator of advanced security solutions for defeating cyberattacks. • In this highly visible role, you’ll collaborate with product leadership, customers, partners, Cyber Insurers, engineers, and our Advisory Services team. • We’re looking for a strategic and technical product leader with a track record of building cybersecurity services that meet customer needs and align with Cyber Insurer requirements. • You’ll work alongside talented engineers, researchers, and security professionals to develop practical, real-world solutions for today’s cybersecurity challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in cybersecurity, particularly in Incident Response, security consulting, Cyber Insurance, MDR, and/or related security solutions. • A good knowledge of cyber threats, attack vectors, threat intelligence, and the incident response lifecycle (Preparation, Detection & Analysis, Containment, Eradication, and Recovery). • Expertise with security technologies such as XDR, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, MDR, and forensic tools. • Interest in GenAI technology and its potential applications in cybersecurity operations. • Knowledge of Threat Intelligence, including threat hunting, IoCs, and TTPs. • Established relationships with Cyber Insurers, with experience leveraging partnerships to expand security service offerings. • Existing relationships with Cyber Insurers that you can leverage to build partnerships with Sophos. • Regularity knowledge and understanding of GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2 and other cyber security frameworks. • Understanding of working in collaboration with diverse business functions and customers to drive change and achieve delivery. • Track record of preparing and presenting a strategy, roadmap, prioritization of product backlog, and working on product strategy. • Strong collaboration skills to interface successfully with a broad variety of stakeholders across multiple time zones and functional domains.
