📋 Description

• Operate as a structured feedback channel between the field and the Sophos Product team • Capture partner and customer feedback on product usability and feature gaps • Submit regular regional feedback reports covering adoption blockers and MSP delivery challenges • Serve as the primary resource for CISO Advantage MSP partners • Track partner enablement progress and readiness across your regional MSP portfolio • Support MSP partners in delivering effective training and onboarding experiences • Work closely with regional Sales and Channel teams to align enablement activity

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in a cybersecurity-related role • Experience working with or within an MSP, channel partner, or VAR environment • Exposure to security programme management, GRC, or vCISO service delivery • Experience in a product feedback, customer success, or voice-of-customer role • Demonstrated experience supporting end-user training, onboarding, or adoption programmes • Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and terminology • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfort working in a structured feedback environment • Genuine personal and professional interest in AI
