📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of Pega applications • Ensure solutions follow Pega best practices and guardrails • Support solution architecture, integration design, and quality assurance • Mentor junior developers and guide delivery teams • Contribute to user story refinement and technical planning • Support financial services operations within a growing team • Help customers develop, deliver, and operationalise digital transformation strategies • Work in partnership with customers to understand business and technology issues • Contribute to the design, delivery, and management of business transformation programmes

🎯 Requirements

• CSSA certification • Hands-on Pega experience at Senior Developer SSA level • Strong understanding of Pega architecture, integrations, and performance tools • Experience guiding teams and supporting technical decision-making • Strong communication and analytical skills • Ability to shape requirements into scalable, out-of-the-box Pega solutions • Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance • Financial services experience is desirable
