📋 Description

• Manage a book of 20 enterprise and commercial accounts • Own the post-sales relationship end to end • Drive product adoption, surface customer risk, and prepare customers for renewal and expansion • Run 1:1 trainings, product trainings, basic demos, business reviews, and customer-facing QBRs • Use health scores, telemetry, value maps, adoption data, and documented KPIs to manage accounts • Partner with Named AEs and Field Engineers on renewals, expansion, and customer engagements • Drive adoption of Deep Search, MCP, and consumption-based features • Identify customers needing support, AI addendum updates, cloud migration, or improved MAU relative to licensed seats • Serve as the voice of customers internally and share feedback with EPD, PMM, and Support

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in CSM, account management, account coordination, technical support, solutions consulting, or similar • Prior experience in a technical SaaS environment • Demonstrated comfort presenting to customers or technical audiences • Genuine interest in developer tooling and developers’ problems • Ability to lead group product training without Field Engineering backup • Ability to analyze product telemetry, health scores, and usage data • Experience building a workflow or solving a real problem with AI • Ability to take feedback, incorporate it quickly, and command a room • Background in developer tooling, observability, infrastructure, or adjacent technical products (nice to have) • Experience working with a large, varied book of business (nice to have) • CS, engineering, or technical undergraduate background (nice to have)
