📋 Description

• Execute & Elevate Brand Design • Design across brand systems, campaigns, social content, and visual frameworks • Elevate existing work through refinement, polish, and improved visual hierarchy • Apply strong typography, layout, and visual systems thinking • Maintain consistent quality across formats and deliverables • Translate strategic and creative direction into compelling visual execution • Build & Elevate Client Decks • Design high-quality client presentations and pitch decks • Translate rough ideas into polished, client-ready materials • Apply strong typography, hierarchy, spacing, and visual clarity • Support both external client decks and internal agency presentations • Help remove deck-building bottlenecks and improve team velocity • Support Social & Ongoing Content • Contribute to social content design during high-volume periods • Support junior designers with refinement and layout guidance • Help stabilize and elevate social output across brands • Work efficiently across high-volume design needs while maintaining quality • Be a Client-Facing Designer • Present design work clearly and confidently in internal and client reviews • Explain design decisions and respond to feedback thoughtfully • Partner with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams • Operate with minimal oversight while maintaining alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of professional design experience • Agency, studio, or in-house brand experience preferred • Demonstrated experience building client-facing presentations • Experience designing across large-scale campaigns and high-volume social content • Experience developing brand identities and brand guidelines • Strong command of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems • High attention to detail and polish • Ability to elevate existing work quickly and effectively • Strong visual judgment and design intuition • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Google Slides • PowerPoint • Comfortable working across multiple formats and platforms
