📋 Description

• Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase SOUS's market share in Germany • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and in-person meetings with independent F&B operators • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to deliver customer-focused solutions • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to measure performance and refine sales strategies • Revolutionize the F&B sector with SOUS’s innovative AI software solution

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software sales, preferably in the F&B industry • Ability to build and maintain relationships with independent F&B operators • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated with a strong track record of meeting sales targets • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Full-time availability at 40 hours per week • Willingness to conduct regular in-person customer meetings and business travel within Germany
