📋 Description

• Partner with local General/Line Managers to audit, coach, and optimize operations without direct line authority • Implement regional cost-containment strategies to improve gross margins and center EBITDA • Conduct ticket dives and audit timecard adherence, overtime, labor efficiency, dispatch efficiency, and technician utilization • Enforce standardized multi-trade flat-rate pricing guides and audit Pricebook Pro services and tasks • Oversee warehouse controls, truck stock, replenishment, inventory counts, and vendor partnerships • Ensure adherence to the SoOps operational blueprint across dispatching, sales, and service • Mandate 100% data compliance within ServiceTitan for accurate regional reporting and KPIs • Audit diagnostic and installation quality protocols to reduce recalls, return work, $0 jobs, and diagnostic-only jobs • Ensure safety training completion, safety protocol adherence, OSHA compliance checks, and EPA refrigerant logging • Monitor GPS tracking and telematics data to enforce safe driving, reduce fuel costs, and limit vehicle liabilities • Conduct unannounced multi-trade job-site inspections for PPE usage and code-compliant installations • Enforce collection of 100% payment upon job completion under a COD policy • Drive technician adoption of consumer financing programs to increase average tickets and ensure instant funding • Partner with branch managers to resolve 30/60/90-day outstanding balances and streamline invoicing workflows • Perform work at various business locations, with extensive travel including overnight travel • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-site operations experience or a proven track record of operational excellence, ideally within a home services platform • Proven success transforming underperforming branches into high-margin, highly compliant business units • Fluent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • High School diploma or GED preferred • Ability to dissect P&L statements, identify margin leakage, and execute corrective action plans • Strong leadership presence to overcome technician pushback and drive process adoption • Advanced proficiency in ServiceTitan, fleet telematics, and real-time financial dashboards • Ability to cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Ability to work independently and with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment • Enjoys patiently and empathetically helping others • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone • Ability to use hands to type, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms • Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 10 pounds
