âą 8+ years building production software across backend, fullstack or platform engineering. âą Strong backend engineering experience in one or more modern programming languages. âą Experience designing and building modern web applications, APIs and distributed software systems. âą Strong understanding of software architecture, engineering best practices and maintainable production code. âą Experience contributing across modern frontend technologies is advantageous. âą Comfortable learning new languages, frameworks and client technology stacks quickly. âą Experience using AI-assisted development tools. âą Working knowledge of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and agentic development approaches. âą Proficiency with Git version control. âą Track record of reliable, consistent delivery in remote engineering teams. âą Comfortable working inside established engineering processes while contributing improvements. âą Strong ownership mentality, you deliver what you commit to. âą Business-fluent English (written and verbal).
