⢠Serve as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in the USA, working directly with our customers to ensure they receive maximum value from the Spacelift product ⢠Manage the complete customer relationship ⢠Drive product adoption ⢠Ensure successful experiences with Spacelift ⢠Analyze customer data to improve customer experience ⢠Establish clear customer retention goals through business review cadences ⢠Promote product value through customer experience ⢠Continuously promote and drive renewals and/or expansion opportunities ⢠Manage account escalations by coordinating with internal/external stakeholders
⢠A proven work experience of 5+ years in a Customer Success Manager or customer-facing role ⢠Has understanding and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling ⢠Terraform and AWS experience is a must ⢠CloudFormation, Pulumi, Ansible, and Kubernetes experience is a plus ⢠Renewal, Expansion, and Growth selling experience ⢠Ability to document and report on issues and enhancements ⢠Accountability and personal organisation are essential ⢠Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
