📋 Description

• Build and evolve Spacelift’s frontend product experience • Shape a high-quality UI for an infrastructure orchestration platform • Balance complex technical requirements with performance, usability, and UI quality • Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product teams in a cross-functional setup • Contribute to functionality from discovery through delivery and release • Own problems and initiatives end to end and drive key engineering decisions • Participate in Frontend Guild and Design System Guild meetings • Contribute to UI Alignment Tuesdays • Use Stability Tuesdays to reduce technical debt and improve reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript • 5+ years of hands-on experience building front-end applications with React • Strong product mindset and focus on user impact • High level of autonomy, with ability to own problems end to end and make decisions • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and taking action • Strong problem-solving skills • Fluent English with clear verbal and written communication • Experience with Jest or Playwright is nice to have • Experience with design systems and accessibility standards is nice to have • Interest in DevOps or infrastructure-related topics is nice to have
