📋 Description
• Maintain SaaS applications used within the company. • Manage IT support tickets and provide day-to-day operational assistance. • Contribute to automation of repeatable IT tasks (onboarding, offboarding, access audits, etc.). • Ensure regular software updates and patch compliance. • Maintain, order and update the asset register (hardware, software, and licenses). • Assist in system monitoring, reporting, and process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• Solid foundational understanding of networking. • Hands-on experience with modern automation platforms (like n8n, Workato, Torq, or Tines). • Experience working in fully remote environments. • Ability to collaborate, communicate, and deliver with impact. • Enjoy helping others and finding solutions.
