📋 Description

• Build new features, improve existing ones, fix bugs • Own features end-to-end from discovery through design, implementation, and maintenance • Work with backend in Go and PostgreSQL database • Participate in on-call rotation • Collaborate within a team including team lead, backend and frontend engineers, UX/UI designer and product manager • Contribute to product discovery and delivery, drive key decisions • Work on cutting-edge developer tooling and AI assistant integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for building products, love for tech, and interest in automation. • Proactive • 3+ years of hands-on programming experience in a statically typed language • Experience with Go is welcome, but not required • Self-sufficient - able to manage own time and workload effectively in a remote, high-trust environment • Bonus: experience working at early-stage products, open-source contributions, or personal projects demonstrating passion for software engineering
