📋 Description
• Turn every customer into a long-term strategic partner • Build enterprise account relationships • Operate as part of the core GTM and product-feedback loop • Help define AI-native enterprise software • Expand the platform across additional commerce surfaces • Own renewal calendar and preserve zero churn • Translate customer feedback into product priorities • Define onboarding and sales-to-CS handoff
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in B2B SaaS customer success; last 3–4 owning enterprise accounts with expansion responsibility • Personally managed a $5M+ ARR book with measurable expansion outcomes • Track record of expansion motion, not just retention • Strong commercial instincts • Direct relationships with enterprise commerce or retail buyers (VPs of E-commerce, CMOs, CDOs) • AI-native daily operator • Personal automations you can walk us through with specificity
