📋 Description

• Own the post-sales journey from handover to onboarding, usage, renewals, and upsells within defined scope • Connect with customers and develop customer base through proactive outreach, on-site visits, events, webinars, roundtables, and whitepapers • Represent SPARETECH at customer events and regional meetups • Work with Customer Success Management team and VP Customer Success to develop processes, tools, and product • Lead by example and drive personal and professional development while strengthening team members

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience and clear understanding of process design, CS models, and customer segmentation in mid-stage companies (post-Series A/B) • Ability to reduce time-to-value, expand business, and maintain 90%+ retention rates and low churn in B2B SaaS Enterprise segment • Operational focus: prioritize tasks, work independently, and own multiple responsibilities across hierarchy levels • Willingness to travel 2-4 times per month in DACH region and on-site visits • Deep product knowledge and technical focus to resolve client issues, optimize product adoption, and ensure seamless integration • Firsthand experience with manufacturing processes and knowledge of the manufacturing industry • Proficiency in German and English
