• Own and deliver roadmap priorities for employer and employee-facing workflows • Use research, data, and experimentation to shape product decisions • Collaborate deeply with design and ops to ensure experiences are simple, accurate, and scalable • Balance the needs of multiple user types: employees, HR admins, managers, and more • Tackle ambiguous, complex problem areas and work across teams to find elegant solutions • Shape a product that directly impacts people during some of the most important moments of their lives • Join a mission-driven team at a key inflection point post-Series B • Work in a culture that values craft, clarity, and care

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of PM experience in B2B2C or operational SaaS • Passionate about crafting intuitive workflows and reducing friction in regulated spaces • Data-literate: you ask the right questions, run or spec analyses, and measure outcomes • Comfortable driving initiatives with limited precedent or guidance • Clear communicator and systems thinker
