📋 Description

• Responsible for managing configuration and changes in existing systems (the client's business solution) and in projects developing new solutions, including creating baselines, verifying naming standards and the organization of configuration items in the Configuration Management tool, as well as controlling configuration and changes to products delivered to the client. • Provide support to product development activities so developers and integrators have appropriate workspaces to create and test their work; • Ensure that all work products are available for inclusion in the deployment environment in a controlled manner when requested or as needed; • Ensure these environments facilitate product review and change and defect control tasks; • Responsible for recording the CM Plan and reporting progress statistics based on change controls, as well as performing and maintaining software configuration audits of produced business applications; • Provide workspaces and configuration items necessary for team members; • Perform configuration identification, configuration control, configuration audit, and release and delivery management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours. • Preferred experience: configuration management, change control and software versioning in distributed and/or mainframe environments. • Knowledge of Configuration Management principles and discipline (ISO/IEC 12207, ITIL Release Management); • Tools: - Distributed: Git, SVN, ClearCase (Base/UCM), Jenkins, Maven, Nexus - Mainframe: CA Endevor, JCL, z/OS versioning; • Continuous integration and artifact repository management; • Creation and application of baselines; • Versioning of environments, builds and release packages; • Change governance in a software factory; • Familiarity with ALM tools and application lifecycle management.
